Yes, you can mail in your device if you’re unable to visit our shop. We’ll inspect it, provide a quote, complete the repair with your approval, and ship it back after payment. Please submit a ticket to track your device and receive updates.

Complex repairs---depending on issue and workload can take 7-8 business days.

Most phone diagnostics are free. For some tablets that carry higher risk, a $30–$40 diagnostic fee may apply. This fee may be waived if the device is beyond economical repair and left with us for recycling.

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair services we perform. This warranty covers the parts repaired and the workmanship.

Please note that physical damage (drops) and liquid damage after repair are not covered.

Due to the nature of the work, devices repaired for liquid damage and data recovery services are not eligible for warranty.

If we find a secondary issue during repair, we’ll offer options to fix it or return the device with only the original problem repaired. The initial repair will still be billed as quoted.

Our data recovery service focuses on retrieving your important data by repairing the phone’s internal hardware, particularly the logic board. While we do everything possible to access your data, we cannot guarantee that the device itself will be fully functional after the process.

If the recovery is successful, your data will be returned along with your device. Please note that the phone may be fully functional, partially functional, or non-functional depending on the extent of the damage.
